Not only did the staff take my shirt for pressing while I freshened up in the Club Lounge, but they also accommodated my late check-out request seamlessly. the air conditioning in the room was perfect, ensuring a comfortable stay after a long flight. the dining experience at the hotel was outstanding - the breakfast was delicious, and the attentive staff, like Ahmed, truly made me feel like a VIP guest. the attention to detail, from the British plugs in the room to the soundproofed walls, created a serene and luxurious atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning to Rotana for another exceptional stay.
